Advanced booking required and 50% due on booking. Final payment due on trip completion. 24 hour cancellation grace period applies. If trip cancelled after the 24 hour period a 20% cancellation fee will be charged. All passengers are responsible for spills and stains. A minimum cleaning fee of $250 will be charged for spills and stains. Rush hour fee of $25 applies to all trips between the hours of 7AM – 9AM and 3PM – 6PM. A $10 fee applies to in route stops per each 5 minutes of wait time. Multiple passenger pickup location fee will be assed on milage between pickup locations at $4.00 per mile. Custom long distance trips are available and require a 48 hour advance booking, and are subject to availability. Same day appointments are based on availability at a 10% increase in price.
